Dear Yana, Thank you so much for the unforgettable journey through Laos and Thailand that you organised so wonderfully for us. Your personal support throughout the trip was truly exceptional. You took care of our check-ins before every flight and answered even the smallest question immediately. We have never experienced this level of attention from another travel company. We booked a 14-day combined tour of Laos and Thailand with a budget of up to €3,000—and honestly could not believe how much comfort and luxury we received for it. That was our first big “wow”! Every hotel was spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms, complimentary water, tea and coffee, and a wide selection at breakfast. The locations were also excellent and always perfectly chosen for each destination. Our second “wow” 🤩 was the private service: our own guide, our own driver and even a private boat on the Mekong just for the two of us! We were always collected on time and travelled in spacious, clean, air-conditioned vans. We spent the final four days by the sea in Krabi. Once again, you had chosen exactly the right accommodation for us—our third “wow” 🤩. The resort was peaceful, and the sunsets felt almost out of this world. After breakfast, complimentary tea, coffee and cake were available in the lounge until 4 p.m. We could also use the sun loungers and paddle boats on the beach free of charge. My journey through Mongolia was an unforgettable experience, beautifully organised down to the smallest detail. From beginning to end, I felt completely supported and able to enjoy every moment without worry. We were very happy with the trip that had been put together for us, and everything worked out perfectly. We were met at the airport and taken to our first hotel. From the second day onwards, we travelled with a very kind and knowledgeable German-speaking guide. We always felt safe and well looked after with him. He told us so much about Sri Lanka and its people and also showed us a few interesting places that were not mentioned in the original itinerary. He really did a fantastic job. We were also very pleased with the hotels. Our favourites were Thamara Villa in Wilpattu, Villa Rosa in Kandy, 98 Acres in Ella and, most of all, Sri Sharavi Beach Villas in Mirissa. The Other Corner in Habarana and Rainforest Edge in Sinharaja were also incredibly beautiful. In fact, we enjoyed all the accommodation, including the places not specifically mentioned here. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful and varied country, but what touched us most were the genuinely warm and kind people we met. It was a wonderful journey, with a dreamlike ending in Mirissa. We enjoyed it so much that we will probably return one day. The tragic events during the final days of our stay were, of course, deeply upsetting. However, the actions of a few individuals should not define an entire country. The people of Sri Lanka do not deserve to be abandoned by travellers because of this. I would also like to give a very special thank you to our travel organiser, Ms Fetova. She supported us throughout the whole trip and was always there when we needed her. Whenever we sent her a message, she replied straight away with helpful and reliable answers. Knowing that we could contact her at any time gave us great peace of mind. One personal note about the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and the turtle hatcheries in southern Sri Lanka: we recommend reading the different online reviews and forming your own opinion before visiting. We felt that some places focused more on making money than on the welfare of the animals. For this reason, we decided not to visit the elephant orphanage. We did visit one turtle hatchery, but left with mixed feelings. A very different and truly memorable experience was watching sea turtles lay their eggs in the wild at night near Tangalle. The local guides were professional, respectful and clearly concerned about protecting the animals. It was fascinating to witness and an experience we would genuinely recommend.

As an older couple with international travel experience, we approached Travel Mart with the request to offer us an individual trip to Bhutan from Singapore (where we had business) and possibly a part in India. Our requirements were a mixture of culture, landscape, excursions and typical local life and food. Of the five offers we received from India, Singapore and Bhutan, Travel Mart was not only the fastest but also the most flexible provider. Ms. Fetova put together a program for Bhutan and Orissa (East India) in a very short time that was tailored to our wishes. This included booking flights, which we usually do ourselves, hotels, route selection and a vehicle with a travel guide and driver. Entrance fees and visa procurement were included and ensured a relaxed atmosphere. In fact, it was confirmed throughout the entire trip that Travel Mart works in a highly professional manner. The selection of places and tours, the partly luxurious hotels, the knowledgeable, linguistically competent and pleasant guides delighted us: you simply can't do better! The fact that we didn't choose the cheapest provider, but also obviously had an optimal price/performance ratio after talking to many travelers from various countries, made this trip a carefree and pure pleasure. Dear TM team, our trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in November 2023 was totally individual and well planned. We were surprised with a small gift when we received the travel documents. The 3-day tour of Sri Lanka with a German-speaking driver was well worth seeing! In the Maldives, after arriving by seaplane, it was pure relaxation. A three-week stay is actually too short for such a huge and diverse country as India. That's why I was looking for competent advice, although I wasn't interested in ticking off as many tourist attractions as possible, but rather in impressions away from the tourist stream. Ms. Yana Fetova from Travel Mart had several options and I finally decided on a two-week Ayurveda treatment at the Harivihar resort in Kozhikode, followed by a train ride and a week-long stay in Kochin at the Koder House hotel. Despite my short-term travel planning, all travel documents, visas, tickets and hotel bookings reached me on time. Ms. Fetova was always available for the preparations, even in the evenings and at weekends. Even during the trip, she asked about the smooth running of my activities. And when the journey to the airport was at risk due to the train strike, she supported me with valuable tips so that I reached Berlin airport on time. At the end of January 2023, we finally set off on our long-awaited holiday to the Maldives. We booked the entire journey through Travel Mart TM GmbH and were very happy with both the price and the organisation. Ms Fetova arranged every stage of the trip for us. This included parking near Frankfurt Airport, shuttle transfers to and from the terminal, a personal welcome at Malé International Airport and assistance with our luggage to the domestic terminal. After our internal flight, we were collected again and taken by bus to the harbour, where a speedboat brought us to our island. We stayed at the beautiful Reethi Beach Resort in Baa Atoll. Our beach bungalow was exactly as it had been described during our consultation and in the travel brochure. The resort staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help whenever we had a question. We had booked half board, with buffet breakfast and dinner, and were very pleased with the selection of food and drinks. There were also plenty of local dishes to try, including fresh fish and different curries. The sea and the warm temperatures were simply wonderful. We spent the entire holiday in T-shirts, shorts or swimwear—and mostly barefoot. We only needed shoes for the journey there and back! Even in the evenings, it was warm enough that we never needed a long-sleeved top. The whole resort was clean and well maintained, with great attention paid to hygiene. All in all, it was a memorable and unforgettable holiday that we will always look back on with great pleasure. My first journey with Travel Mart TM took me to Sri Lanka. More than two years have passed since then, yet it remains the most beautiful and unforgettable trip I have ever experienced. I spent two wonderful weeks in #SriLanka in November, filled with new experiences and lasting memories. We had a fantastic group and an incredibly varied and interesting itinerary. Thanks to Travel Mart TM and Yana Fetova, we visited many fascinating places and cities across the island. Almost every day brought a new destination, allowing us to discover a large part of this remarkable country. Sri Lanka’s diversity is breathtaking: wild, sun-drenched beaches, cool mountain air high above the clouds, tea plantations and traditional tea factories, the mighty Indian Ocean, beautiful temples and an amazing variety of exotic fruits and seafood. There were also elephants, peacocks and countless other unforgettable impressions. Even getting up at six in the morning felt easy when we woke to birdsong or the sound of the ocean. I will also always remember the warmth and friendliness of the local people, who were happy to share a smile and take photographs with us. Sri Lanka is an island of happy people. It was a dream holiday—I hardly know where to begin. First of all, I would like to thank Travel Mart TM, and especially Yana Fetova, for organising everything and choosing exactly the right hotel for me. All my wishes were fulfilled: a hotel directly by the sea and a luxurious room with breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains and beach. The breakfast and dinner at the Ferrer Concord Hotel in Can Picafort were delicious and varied. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The bartender, Tatyana, and the waiter, Jose Antonio, made it clear that they genuinely enjoyed their work. The service was first-class. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful and very clean. Most of the guests were adults travelling without children—which was exactly the peaceful atmosphere I had hoped for. As it was my birthday, another lovely surprise was waiting for me: a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne had been placed in my room. Thank you for a perfect holiday. Every one of my wishes was fulfilled, and I could not have been happier. I can recommend Travel Mart TM wholeheartedly. Dear Travel Mart TM Team, Our trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in July and August 2024 was planned especially for us, and everything was organised incredibly well.
